Application

Steel scrap lifting magnet is suitable for transferring cast ingots, steel balls, metal and steel scraps.

The lifting magnet can be fitted on excavator or crane.

Features

The protection plate for coil adopts abrasion-resisting and shockproof rolling high-manganese steel.

The lifting magnet is dealt with special technology, thus insulation grade can be up to Grade F.

Coils of magnets are made of Aluminum (flat aluminum wire covered by double spun glass) or cooper.

High lifting capacity, light self-weight.

Low power consumption, long service life.

Eelectromagnetic burdening

Input formula -- absorb material -- lifting -- burdening -- burdening according to requirement(/out-of-tolerance alarm) -- release material to charging car or inside hopper(/absorb material again and burdening) -- burdening again until finishing this material burdening -- burdening another material -- until finish all burdening of this unit -- enter the charging process.
