Coal-based DRI Production Line uses various types of coal gas as fuel, and mixes processed lump ore or pellet with solid reducing agent (anthracite, etc.) to form charge. The whole reduction process combines the advantages of shaft furnace material top in and bottom out and tunnel kiln muffle heating. In one, preheating---reduction---cooling---automatic separation in a closed reaction tank in the furnace to obtain high-grade sponge iron, and the metallization rate of the product (DRI) can be as high as 98%. In addition, the production line occupies a small area, and the whole process is mechanized and continuously produced, with high output, good quality, low energy consumption, low pollution, wide selection of fuel and raw materials, and low operation and production costs. The production line can be well matched with powder metallurgy process and steelmaking process to form large-scale production capacity.
The special Si3N4 combined with SiC long-life reaction tank is used to maintain long-term continuous and stable production. If heat preservation measures are taken, the sponge iron can also be hot loaded into the steelmaking furnace to achieve low energy consumption for steelmaking.
