Construction Process

After the construction is completed, it is naturally dried for 8 hours, and then dried by an external heating source at a temperature of 100-410 ° C for about 24 hours. After the coil red mud is completely dried, the lining can be applied.
When the coil red mud is dried, gas or electric furnace can be used to avoid direct contact of the flame with the red mud of the coil, and avoid using a heater that is not sufficiently burned by a spray gun to prevent conductive impurities such as char from entering the coil red mud. Baking with hot air is the best choice.
